FIRST Robotics Competition Robot using Swerve
Check out how our students competed in FIRST Robotics Competition by designing, building, and programming their own robot. Working collaboratively, students built an industrial-sized robot with a swerve chassis, using engineering principles, to solve different game problems. Join us as we discuss engineering techniques and project management strategies. We will also share examples of how to make prototypes using computer-aided design (CAD) and excerpts from our engineering notebooks.

Mission Possible!
In our world we have so much pollution in the air that storms are getting stronger, ocean levels are rising and glaciers at the poles are melting! Amazingly, a mineral that can be made into solar panels has been discovered on Mars. These solar panels will help provide enough energy from the sun. The students will design a shelter to withstand the environment. They will also create a Sphero-powered rocket that can travel to Mars and communicate with Earth!
