You simply must see Equatio. Math and STEM are always areas of discussion in school districts. Math proficiency scores are not great and for years we have heard, "STEM is the future." Still, few resources are implemented to address this nagging issue. We must help students visualize, depict, and...dare we say...enjoy math. Equatio is a powerful tool that can do just that. Equatio removes common barriers of digital math. It is now easy to create digital math. Students can show their work. Equatio is amazing.

In this session, attendees will see a demonstration of Equatio. It works with in many platforms and can be used through the Chrome, Edge, Explorer browsers on PCs, Macs, iPads and Chromebooks. The demonstration with be Google Chrome in the G-Suite.

Participants will:
Learn to accommodate different learning styles using tools from the EquatIO toolbar
Create both basic and complex math with a prediction editor, hand-writing, and speak (yes - speak math into existence)
Explore the Equatio Mathspace learning environment
Use shapes, images, graphs, etc. to enhance and demonstrate concepts
Learn how to access a “Free for Teachers” account
