80% of a district's student devices will need repaired or replaced over device lifespan, with more than half requiring multiple repairs. This session helps IT teams get ahead of device failure with strategies that take into account failure rates and how to best extend the life of devices based on staff and funding resources.

Our team will share insights and knowledge gleaned from working with some of the biggest districts (Atlanta Public Schools, Henry County Schools) as well as smaller, lean districts. Topics covered include:
