As coaches and leaders, we manage and support educators through transitions, challenges, and social and emotional tolls. How do we being to be strategic in supporting others in order to tap into their vulnerability and readiness for change? How can we create rewarding and supportive experiences, and break down barriers? This collaborative, hands-on workshop will provide frameworks, tools, and resources that you can begin to implement and use immediately.
