The CCS Digital Coaching Cohort Advisors will share how they customized the NC Coaching Collaborative (NC Digital Learning Initiative) to align with the Cumberland County Schools' Strategic Plan and to develop coaches to advance the district's digital teaching and learning goals. The CCS Advisors will take participants on an adventure, leading them through the team's analysis of the ISTE Standards, identification of target teacher-leaders, personalization of cohort goals, their thematic development of cohort identity, their promotion and motivation techniques, and their feedback and impact. Planning templates, activity examples, and fun photos will be shared. Participating leaders will have opportunities to collaborate around how they might use ideas from this initiative to launch their own adventure!
