Session participants will learn about the professional development options offered to Lincoln County Schools' teachers. Participants will have the opportunity to explore a Choice Board of offerings with resources to replicate similar approaches in their district. Survey tools for monitoring and evaluation of programs and PD offerings will be shared and demonstrated to promote program effectiveness. Participants will collaborate with other school and district leaders to share additional strategies for success through protocols, gallery walks, and surveys. Attendees will design an implementation plan utilizing 3-5 strategies for their own school or district.
