In a world where we want answers fast, you want to be able to provide answers for your teachers’ fast questions with fast ideas. In the short amount of time while they are waiting for the copier to print their copies, waiting to use the restroom, or grabbing a late afternoon snack from the vending machine, you can provide them with ideas to inspire them to try new techniques in their classrooms! We will take you through how we recreated our PD approach by creating a monthly document to be posted in high-traffic areas. The document highlights various instructional programs that have been identified as potential problem areas for our staff. With the embedded form, staff members are also able to request individualized PD (PD on demand).
