Students also need a sense of accomplishment and independence in their classwork to increase their motivation and passion to learn to love learning. With that in mind, I created instructional partner centers for students to show what they know in highly engaging and rewarding ways at their learning level.

So many ideas, so little time. In this session, learn how to apply multiple learning resources and strategies for small group centers for any subject/grade. Participants will be actively engaged by interacting in a variety of instructional partner centers where students show what they have learned. These include miniaturized creative EdTech into small group learning such as AR, breakouts and coding along with engaging activities converted into kinesthetic learning such as Jenga, Connect Four, and Gone Fishing games.

We will review how to organize the centers along with how to implement and review student work. Participants will form round table discussions to brainstorm and develop centers based on their content utilizing the resources and share similar ideas. All participants will receive templates and the resources to develop their own content associated with the materials shown.
