Minecraft has been around longer than most of our students, and it’s popularity seems to only grow with time. Minecraft Education Edition allows us to bring the creativity and flexibility of an open world into our classrooms. Not only is it engaging, but Minecraft allows students to create models, solve problems, and experience things they may never get to do in real life. In this workshop we will show you how we implemented Minecraft Education Edition with teachers and students across our district in ways that allow students to show their mastery of course standards while building and having fun.
