Engaging Primary Students in Curriculum using Robots

Creating interactive activities for K-2 students using robots such as Beebots, Dash, and Sphero. Participants will be be given suggestions for creating mats that can be used with Beebots and Dash and how to create interactive lessons with Sphero. Participants will be given access to templates that will help them create mats for different robots that can used with different robots and will engage in hands-on-activities using pre-created mats/activiities. Participants will do math facts and story retelling with Beebots and Sphero. Participants will learn how to itegrate different robots into core areas that will allow for student engagement in the classroom.
