Presenters will encourage educators to embrace the integration of technology and picture books in all grade levels. Participants will leave the session armed with a list of picture books, each aligned to grade levels and standards along with related technology activities. During the session, participants will be immersed in a hands on activity involving LEGOs. Using the LEGO masterpieces and a picture book, participants will be reminded we are all unique learners. Building on that message, we will write an acrostic poem that describes who we are and what makes us special. In the end, attendees will share their individual poems utilizing Flip (the "artist" formally known as Flipgrid 🙂).
