Schools have changed within the past three years, and teachers are strapped for time more than ever; however, professional development is often still stuck in the past. As ITFs, coaches, and specialists, we must learn to adapt and reach our teachers in new ways. In this session, we will identify/evaluate various ways to reach teachers without the heavy sighs and eye-rolling and share examples and strategies that have worked for our district.
