Sparking Curiosity for STEAM Among K-5 Students & Teachers Using Modular Robots

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
During our playground, we will create an interactive and engaging learning experience for the participants. We will actively involve them through hands-on activities, group discussions, and real-world examples, ensuring they are fully engaged throughout the session. Participants will have the opportunity to build and code robots hands-on, learning about the latest advancements in STEAM education and how to integrate robotics into their K-5 classroom curriculum. They will see how districts in North Carolina have used the program to effectively integrate it into their curriculum, and will have the opportunity to create practical projects that align with NC standards. In addition to learning about the technology, participants will leave the session with a deeper understanding of the importance of STEAM education and how they can use robotics to enhance their students' learning experience. They will have fun, leave motivated and passionate, and ready to take their STEAM education to the next level. Our goal is to make the session interactive, informative, and practical, providing participants with the tools and knowledge they need to integrate robotics into their STEAM education successfully.
