Participants will be given ways that coaching and co-teaching will enable teachers to better enrich their classroom and help with teacher burnout. We will start with discussing reasons that teachers "burnout" and ways that coaching/co-teaching could help with this process. Finally, participants will work in groups to actively use coaching and co-teaching methods to create lessons that teachers could use in their classrooms with a coach/co-teacher to present standards to students. We will talk about technology use and hands-on use with instruction and how co-teaching could be used in a blended learning approach.
