Coaching and Co-teaching to Encourage Teacher Retention

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Participants will be given ways that coaching and co-teaching will enable teachers to better enrich their classroom and help with teacher burnout. We will start with discussing reasons that teachers "burnout" and ways that coaching/co-teaching could help with this process. Finally, participants will work in groups to actively use coaching and co-teaching methods to create lessons that teachers could use in their classrooms with a coach/co-teacher to present standards to students. We will talk about technology use and hands-on use with instruction and how co-teaching could be used in a blended learning approach.
