Feedback form is now closed.
Phil believes every person on campus has a role in (re)designing campus culture, but he also knows people are TIRED from the last few years of constant pivots. During this workshop, Phil will share from his experience what it takes to build a school no one wants to leave and how by taking care of the adults on campus first, the students will thrive. This session will give practical ideas on how to infuse culture into what is already happening in a typical school calendar (staff meetings, communications, on-boarding, and celebrations) and leave attendees hopeful for what's to come.
