Andrea Lilley is the Chief Technology Officer of Beaufort County Schools. Andrea began her career in education in 2002 as a lateral entry teacher. She has served in a variety of roles throughout her career. Prior to her current role she served as the BCS Chief Academic Officer for seven years. In the many leadership roles that she has served in she has dedicated herself to growing and building her leadership capacity. This has led to a passion in developing the leadership capacity of others. She strives to accelerate the potential of others and help them build their own leadership capacity.
